Delivery Options

Private Courier
R70 (1-16 books) (A POSTAL CODE IS REQUIRED):

Directly to your door (2-3 days delivery - area dependent) via Fast way Couriers (pleass send your full physical delivery address including your postal code). Please ensure there is someone to receive the parcel during normal work hours at the home/work address provided. FastWay couriers does not operate in all areas ? this option is mainly for customers in Gauteng, Durban, Pmb, Richards Bay (and some other costal KZN towns), Cape Town (and outlying areas such as Paarl, Worcester etc) and Knysna/George areas. Cost is for 15-20 books so if you are in the areas they operate in, this is a very cost effective option given the price of fuel in SA along with Gauteng?s etolls! Should a parcel not arrive, please use the following means to track your book/s: Fastway - www.fastway.co.za

To prevent going back and forth between the courier, myself and my customer I don't do this tracking on your behalf. Please follow up yourself.

Please ensure that that your address is correct. Please do not specify 2 DIFFERENT addresses on your order form - only the address to which the book is to be sent.

Please note this option is only available for delivery to main centres. Insurance up to R1000 is included in this price. Everyone loves these books so spread the word and it might be worth getting a couple of friends to also order books and share the delivery cost. You are welcome to get a group of friends together and order a number of books at once to take advantage of the lower price per book and reduced delivery cost per book. However, the reduced price will only be applied if one payment is made and the order is done via one person i.e. the same person sends through everyone's orders using one set of contact details.

Turnaround time - If I have stock and depending your choice of delivery option, your order will be ready within +/- 7 working days after payment has been received. Please note this is a part time business but we will attend to your order/email/query as soon as possible.

If the order is very urgent, please phone Mary (081 238 6139) once you have ordered the book so that we can do our best to accommodate your requirements. If an order is very urgent books can generally be made up on the same day of the order. Where payment is received and book is required within the same 24 hours, no discount on price applies.

Books sent with FastWay couriers include an automatic insurance of up to a maximum of R1000 per parcel at no additional charge.

Please keep in mind that whilst there is the option of overnight delivery, myself (eg load shedding!) or Fastway sometimes have a "glitch" - therefore if possible please allow 2 days for overnight delivery to ensure your parcel arrives on time.
